JENNY CARRINGTON is our Founder/Executive Director. She holds an MA from Fordham University in Human Development and Social Intervention and a BA from Binghamton University in Philosophy, Politics and Law. She is an individual with an unprecedented sense of optimism and joy. She is a dancer at heart but enjoys all the creative and performance arts. She loves to travel, learn new things, and meet new people.
DEB RADLOFF is our Deputy Director. She holds an MFA from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a BA from the University of San Diego. She is a certified yoga instructor for both adults and children and also stars in a successfully self-produced one-woman show!
RAH ZULU TAHA is our Spiritual Economic Adviser. He is responsible for overseeing internal and external human relations and business strategy in a way that is consistent with both faith-based and secular communities. Taha has an associate’s degree in business and is also a published author of the memoir entitled Off the Porch: Concord Street.
HANNAH NACHT is our Program Assistant. She is directly in charge of all fundraising and grants-seeking opportunities. Hannah spends her free time, as a personal chef, traveler, and full-time explorer!
FRANCIS ASPREC is our Director of Sports-Based Community Development. He holds an MA in Global Affairs from New York University and a BA with a double major in Politics and History from Rutgers. He also teaches “Functional Fitness” through Shape Up NYC.
TANIA JIMENEZ is our Lead Consultant for Youth and Family Services Ed.M., LPC, is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling and Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. Her entire clinical training program utilized a social justice and racial-cultural framework, which is incorporated in all her services. She is the founder of Multicultural Support & Education, LLC, which provides in-school/community based prevention programs for at-risk youth.
